How do Drone Pads work?

The drone pads are mapped to the highest octave on your keyboard, so all you need to do is simply press your desired key and a pad will gradually fade in, sustaining indefinitely in the chosen key. Switching keys is just as easy—press the corresponding note in the upper octave, and the pads will seamlessly crossfade automatically, ensuring perfect transitions between songs in different keys.

In order to download and import patches into your keyboard, you will need to download the most recent version of Nord Sound Manager, a free software provided by Nord.
