Worship Keys Drum Loop Player Troubleshoot

If the Drum Loops section within Worship Keys Lite, Standard, or Member Edition has stopped working, try these troubleshooting solutions:

  • Reset the midi by clicking the panic button in Worship Keys, or clicking the midi box in the MainStage header.

  • Make sure sure you are using MainStage version 3.4 or later.

  • The drum loops will drop out if you attempt to change time signatures without first turning off the loop player.

  • If you’ve done some tweaking accidentally and clicked save, you may have overwritten the drum looper functionality. Restart MainStage and try a fresh copy of Worship Keys.

  • We have had rare instances where the drum loops stopped working after the computer CPU has spiked, and then the concert was saved. In this case, restart MainStage 3 and open a fresh copy of Worship Keys.

If you have updated to MainStage 3.6 or the newest Mac OS, this could also be a cause. Software updates usually have a high chance of causing compatibility issues and the drum loop functionality may be affected. If you’ve backed up your MainStage before updating, try restoring that copy and see if you are still experiencing issues. If so, message our team directly using the chat on the Worship Start homepage. We will try to help diagnose the issue and get you back up and running.
